My only complaint is that I spoke to the receptionist the day before my service to tell her my brake warning light was on. When I arrived instead of it taking an hour it took all day and I had to phone at 540 to see if the car was ready.

On receipt of my text notification to collect my car I went to the service desks at 5pm and waited to speak with someone, after asking 3 members of your staff i eventually got my car at 5.45 and one of your team members was rude, man with a beard.

It would have been top marks. However, having been offered a car wash, nothing happened. Eventually I spotted that the car was just sitting there and mentioned it. It was a disconnect between servicing and the valet people.

I had to take extra time off as when I arrived to have an item fitted it had not been ordered. I was given half a tank of petrol which helped but lets face it. 3 hours wasted in this busy life we lead is disappointing. I will go to Peterborough now.

My Map update had not been done correctly, which meant I had to come back the next day to sort out another day to bring it in. Checks should of been done to ensure servicing ,MOT , and map updates were completed correctly before return of car.
