I am really happy with my new car, I did have a scratch on some of the trim and Dom & Rachael sorted out a replacement part and got it fitted. This sort of service is what separates BMW from others.

Initially had a battle with the issue, the evidence I provided wasn't reviewed that I sent in prior to my visit. It was rectified in the end. The courtesy wash was terrible and car was still dirty.

Excellent service, right up to the point that my forward facing dashcam wasn't turned back on. I left your premises and was immediately involved in an RTA on the roundabout and have no evidence to support my account of what happened.

The free clean and valet was very inadequate. Car was not cleaned inside at all and the wash was poor. Requested a valuation on the on line check in and this was not done.
