Absolutely amazing!! Rachael was so kind and very helpful, sending me videos and keeping me updated on the process, and the delivery and handover was so smooth! Literally in and out as I'd signed everything online which was a breeze!

I did not visit the dealership during the purchase process, only the collection and dealt with Emily Ball via email apart from the handover. Emily provided a first class service keeping in contact an answering questions as need be. First Class!

On purchasing my new car I was asked for £500 deposit which I paid the same day, after finding out I had been overcharged £500 on the 12march it is now 22 March and I still have not received my rebate ??

My only complaint is that I spoke to the receptionist the day before my service to tell her my brake warning light was on. When I arrived instead of it taking an hour it took all day and I had to phone at 540 to see if the car was ready.
