Despite the car being delivered later than planned, communication, follow up was spot on. The day of collection was smooth running and the handover seamless.

Emily was fabulous from the initial phone conversation through all the emails, the negotiations, test drive, collecting me from the train station and handover of the car. I told Emily that although I'm 60 miles away, my next BMW will be through them.
