The process was more or less seamless, Adam Lester the salesman was very knowledgable & knew what we were looking for. Delivery was good, the car exterior needed some missed polish marks removed, that was the only minor issue before we left, all ok.

I brought my 320D in for wheel tracking adjustment. The spent the day at Lister L's Boston BMW the work and upon collection the car didn't drive straight (pulled to the left badly) and the steering wheel was 45 degrees off center.

Had to pay £25 for a hire car as couldn't get scheduled in within a 3 week period. Plus consumables weren't checked. Had to add adblue myself a week after.

Happy with the staff. It took longer than suggested, but I wonder if the "vehicle check" they do as well, that I did not request, added to that time. Also hopefully AC will be fixed there too. Always nice to be asked about checks, as well as clean.

Poor communication with the need to keep calling as no response to messages. Also told that warranty work needed to be done, yet when it came to the work, not covered under warranty. Lead to car being with you for 5 day longer than it needed to be

My car was booked in for the fitting of a BMW Ace 3.1 dash cam. On the journey home I notice the dash cam was not working. I returned the car some days later when it was discovered that dash cam was incorrectly wired anr the error was rectified.

No service wash. Wouldn't top Ad Blue up (7 litres) as part of £645.89 service. Red warning on 1 tyre amber warning on 2 tyres. Our MOT inspector told me that all 4 tyres are totally fine and weren't even an advisory on the MOT we have now had done

Great service sourcing tyres at short notice was really appreciated. Unfortunately one tyre kept going down on my 5000km European tour of the alps. The main reason for choosing OEM was ensuring tyre fitment was 100% ahead of the 5000km tour.
