I am really happy with my new car, I did have a scratch on some of the trim and Dom & Rachael sorted out a replacement part and got it fitted. This sort of service is what separates BMW from others.

Dominic at Listers BMW at Boston was fantastic. He made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was to much trouble. He had obviously done his homework and knew exactly how we liked to conduct our business so everything ran smoothly.

A little disappointed with the fact dirty boot marks were left over the oyster carpets in my BMW but problem resolved quickly but in my opinion shouldn't of happened within a quality establishment.
