Having been told on the telephone that my first service was due, I was told that the update to my SatNav would be free. When I took the car in, I was the told it would cost £99. This was quickly changed when I queried it! I have my own Garmin SatNat.

As a repeat customer with two BMW private cars (one is a Mini) I always return to Listers for repairs or servicing because I trust them and I know that the cars are in the best hands. I would not consider going anywhere else.

The majority of the service received from Listers was impeccable. I was, however, disappointed that my car had been under filled with oil by just over a litre following the major service and the tyre pressures were 7 psi low on all wheels.

All the staff here are friendly and genuine people. They offer a great prices and a fantastic service compared to other dealers,which is why I always bring my BMW here and always will, even though it's not my local garage. Thank you Joe!

I have been looked after well several times over the past few years and they looked after me again while my car was being serviced. However, I have left 5 messages for them to call me in the last 2 weeks and am still waiting for a call from them.

The service department needs to phone customers back when they say they are. Not leave it for the customer to keep phoning them.

A lot of wasted time as despite having a time for the service no one was really interested in dealing with us. A lift into Boston had been agreed but this took more time and then the lift back to the garage required 2 phone calls and was late.
