Always very thorough as which is needed, as for safety on the roads, everyone needs their families to have a safety checked vehicle, to drive its essential to have this, and in my opinion Boston BMW, provid this.

Darren at Listers was very concise in explaining what was happening, kept me up to date all the time.

Through no fault of Listers, fault in SatNav cannot be found. BMW recommended that I video the fault as it occurred which was a ridiculous suggestion which I refused to undertake.
I think there is room for improvement. The maintenance was carried out but all the settings for the Connected Drive were lost. Additional help could have been provided here or I would have asked had I known they would have been lost.

Im kept up to date with any requirements thats needed on my car. They also go above and beyond to ensure that Im back on the road when I break down or lend me a courtesy car to keep me going.
They picked up and returned the car, plus left a car for our use.

The MOT was carried out efficiently, but I had to fight to get a ten minute lift into town. If it had been a service, that would have been fine, but its a different story for an MOT. You cant pick and choose which services have good customer exper

Didn't feel that they were trying to spend my money unnecessarily. I had a bad experience with Mercedes who were always trying to find things which weren't strictly needed.
My problem was rectified within 48 hours
I had booked my car in to have the brake fluid changed under warranty. I also asked if they would fit a set of BMW roof bars that I had purchased from Listers. All done and no charge for fitting the roof bars plus a great car wash??
When booking the service, I queried the fact that Ad Blue should not be added as I could purchase myself for a fraction of the price. I was told that nothing would be done without my approval and I would be contacted first. This didn't happen.
Had to wait 20mins to be seen after I was greeted by reception. Its a nice touch that you have drinks for little ones

Couldnt leave car in the morning, needed to take time out of work during the day to see the service advisor as it is appointment only !Asked to have the alloys checked as they are corroded and they just replaced the centre caps ! need to re book.

Disappointed that it took three visits to BMW before the technicians identified the problem - and fitted new solenoid part to automatic gears. Therefore overall cost could have been halved and saved me £500.

Slow service when dropping the car off. Despite booking an early appointment, I had to wait almost 25 minutes to be seen, making me late for work. Disappointing.
