I asked for the windscreen wiper blades to be changed and reported that in certain circumstances the engine failed pick up as I would have expected, having driven 3 Series for many years. Neither of these issues were noted or addressed.

Costly, not unexpectedly, but no contact to confirm car was ready and car was not cleaned as requested/agreed

Took car in for service work and warranty work, car came back without warranty work finished . Has taken three weeks to get car back in despite repeated calls from me to chase them(15+). Constantly told some one would ring back but never do.

When I booked the first service, I ordered a BMW CarEye 2.0. Not all components were available to fit it; it took two days. First day was good. I was not kept informed of the progress on the second day. The engineers left dirty marks inside the car

I wasn't able to drop my keys off in the morning for servicing, had to arrive at a set appointment time. wrong spark plugs fitted - resulting in recall. Parts not available when car had been in for warranty work, resulting in more inconvenience

Car was collected and delivered back. All was well but I was surprised to see the passenger footwell dirty. I would recommend that the collection person uses a seat cover, and places paper mat covers on the floor. Our local garage always does.

Always very thorough as which is needed, as for safety on the roads, everyone needs their families to have a safety checked vehicle, to drive its essential to have this, and in my opinion Boston BMW, provid this.

I called to inquire about the deal on 14/02/19 and by 19/02/19 my beast was delivered to my door step.
