I have been looked after well several times over the past few years and they looked after me again while my car was being serviced. However, I have left 5 messages for them to call me in the last 2 weeks and am still waiting for a call from them.

The service department needs to phone customers back when they say they are. Not leave it for the customer to keep phoning them.

A lot of wasted time as despite having a time for the service no one was really interested in dealing with us. A lift into Boston had been agreed but this took more time and then the lift back to the garage required 2 phone calls and was late.

This score would have been much higher had I not got home and noticed oil check showing oil level too high which was like it when taken in, making me wonder if or why it wasn't checked.

Poor communication, didn't follow my instructions to NOT wash the vehicle and also caused me to travel a 2 hour round trip which could have been avoided.

Dealing with the service was great but had to contact BMW about my squeaky breaks and since then no follow up which is disappointing

Poor communication, if any, couldn't get through to service department as constantly busy, had to keep calling to see if car ready, before running round at 5.30pm to find it sat there, but no advice received. Plus time display set incorrect.

When leaving the car, I was informed that it would be ready by 4pm I arrive to collect the car about 4pm but had to wait over 1 hour for the software to be updated. I should have checked by phone to ensure the car was ready.

Our service and MOT and camera fitting on the 6 March took 7 hours. The video of this service was not received until our next visit on 13 March to rectify a fault which apparently could not be done on our first visit and took another 4hrs

I asked for the windscreen wiper blades to be changed and reported that in certain circumstances the engine failed pick up as I would have expected, having driven 3 Series for many years. Neither of these issues were noted or addressed.
