Still having issues with pressure loss on front tyres after 3 visits.

Once booked in for a fault the dealership kept me informed of progress and were quick to identify the issue.

Wrong tyre ordered by BMW and car had to be kept in workshop for longer than originally advised, hire car provided by BMW rescue, car returned to home address one week after initial incident. Too long for a puncure repair!!

The service that I receive from BMW Boston is always first class and this recent visit was no different. Staff are polite and helpful and the servicing is Always completed efficiently and within the time frame.

Listers Boston were very helpful as the problem lay with the car which had been purchased from Listers Kings Lynn. A rear camera does not work but no one will take responsibility as it is, apparently, an after fit item.

Once at Listers I was informed the work was complete and updated on the computer. The car was brought to the front and I paid £865 for the work. I drove home and there was a noise on the car. I found out the front wheels had not been put on properly

The journey to the dealer could have been better.

I wanted to pick up the car on 1 December to avoid loosing a full months road tax but I was told on 29 Nov that it had already been taxed. I found out that it was not in fact registered until 30 November.

Purchased the car and took delivery just over a week later, all paperwork dealt with and finance sorted to a satisfactory level.

All down to who sold us the cars. We did end up buying two!
