The servicing team on the courts teams always seem to have their finger on the pulse and I always get back to you which can't be said the same for others
Once at Listers I was informed the work was complete and updated on the computer. The car was brought to the front and I paid £865 for the work. I drove home and there was a noise on the car. I found out the front wheels had not been put on properly
Annoying that after spending circa £700 that the car wasn't cleaned inside and out like one the 10 promises highlighted in the office.

My service was really only for an oil change on a Saturday that took on a sit and wait appointment over three hours this is an extremely long amount of time for this type of service had I have known this I would not have wasted half of my Saturday.

Up against Sopers who are first rate, didn't get my promised call back twice as to busy but car done in good time and informed when ready.

I didnt recieve a call when I was told I would and was left waiting 40 minutes when I was told 5.
Waiting time to take keys for service too long. Twice asked during process if I would Ilike my car washed and hoovered. Was handed keys on collection and found the car was still dirty despite being told was fully ready. Poor reflection on the staff.
I like the Boston franchise, have purchased 3 vehicles there in the last 2 years and always have them serviced there due to the service I recieve.
I didn't feel pressured or rushed
I was kept informed at all relevant times and the service team treat me like a human being, unlike some dealerships that look down their nose at you. Good explanation of work carried out as well.
I called in and they checked my tyre pressures while I had a coffee

Service was completed. Some damage inside the radiator grill was pointed out that can only have been present when I bought the car, so was missed on the approved used program checks. I'm still awaiting a call back as to how it was missed and when it
Unfortunately after receiving the car, there was 272 miles on the car which I was not informed about as I was told the car was brand new. Secondly we asked about the BMW having a proper parking camera, but when we got the car this was not the case.
BMW Boston gave me by far the best deal on the new car. They were also really friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured into anything.
Both Adam the salesman and his assistant Tom were very attentive to my needs and very knowledgable about the car

Completely satisfied up until I saw the car and realised BMW had built the wrong car! All the more baffling when my supposedly M Sport had parts from a X Line and it wasn't a 2020 car but a 2019 model with the old interior. New car arriving at Xmas!

Great patience of the staff at Boston when my Bank decided I was being subjected to a fraud! Finance people at BMW Finance offered to remain past their closing time to ensure the payment went through. Very impressive performance which I appreciated.
